We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact form on this website:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Your name | To address you correctly when we reply |
| Your phone number or email address | To respond to your enquiry |
| Enquiry type | To route your message to the right part of the business |
| Your message | To understand and answer what you are asking |
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial details, identity document numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this form.
We use Netlify Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This is measured on the server side. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
We process your data for one purpose only: to respond to the enquiry you have sent us and to carry on any business discussion that follows from it.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
By filling in and submitting the contact form, you consent to us processing the data you have entered for the purpose described above. Submitting the form is voluntary and you are free not to.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you withdraw, we will stop processing your data and erase it, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Two service providers process data on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone beyond these:
| Provider | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email | United States |
| Netlify | Hosts this website and provides anonymous visitor analytics | United States |
Because both providers operate from servers outside India, the data you submit through the contact form is transferred outside India. We use these providers because they offer secure, encrypted handling of form data. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.
We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch about the same matter.
If your enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we erase your data within three years of our last contact with you. If it does lead to a business relationship, we retain what we need for as long as that relationship continues and for whatever period Indian tax and company law requires afterwards.
You can ask us to erase your data sooner. See section 7.
Under the DPDP Act you have the following rights over your personal data:
To exercise any of these, email shivam@tulsiengineering.in. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timelines the law requires.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, write to Shivam Mittal at shivam@tulsiengineering.in with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our email and form accounts are protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. We limit access to enquiry data to the people in the business who need it to respond to you.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will erase it.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here, and we encourage you to check this page before submitting an enquiry.
